North Wing
- Continued MEP rough-ins throughout.
- Continued hanging and finishing drywall and framing soffits on upper floors.
- Continued priming and painting walls/ceilings within units on second and third floors.
- Continued MEP finishes within first floor units.
- Continued installation of resident unit casework, pre-hung doors, and trim within second and third floor units.
- Continued installation of exterior façade.
- Continued laying flooring within first floor units.
- Set rooftop mechanical equipment.
- Installed window blinds within first floor units.
- Poured fourth floor gypcrete underlayment.
- Began installation of balcony railings.
South Wing
- Began insulating walls and ceilings on fourth and third floors.
- Began hanging and finishing drywall on fourth floor.
- Continued MEP rough-ins throughout.
- Formed and poured concrete footers/walls for new connector to Commons building.
Commons
- Continued finishing drywall ceiling within formal dining room and bar area.
- Continued installation of MEP finishes.
- Continued installation of food service equipment.
- Began final coating walls and ceilings.
- Completed CMU block at IL apartment connector.
- Completed installation of millwork outside of men’s and women’s bathrooms.
- Completed repair work within Bedford connector.
