- Continued MEP rough-ins throughout.
- Continued hanging and finishing drywall and framing soffits on third and fourth floors.
- Continued priming and painting walls/ceilings within units on third floor.
- Continued MEP finishes within first and second floor units.
- Continued installation of resident unit casework, pre-hung doors, and trim within third and fourth floor units.
- Continued installation of exterior façade.
- Continued laying flooring within first and second floor units.
- Continued installation of balcony railings.
South Wing
- Completed insulating walls and ceilings on third floor.
- Continued hanging and finishing drywall on third and fourth floors.
- Continued MEP rough-ins throughout.
- Began backfilling around footers/walls for new connector to Commons building.
Commons
- Completed finishing drywall ceiling within formal dining room and bar area.
- Continued installation of MEP finishes.
- Continued installation of food service equipment.
- Began installation of food service casework.
- Continued final coating walls and ceilings.
- Began millwork installation within bar and formal dining area.
- Began framing fireplace surround.
- Began infilling flooring sections within corridors.
