- Continued MEP rough-ins on upper floors.
- Continued hanging and finishing drywall and framing soffits on third and fourth floors.
- Continued priming and painting walls/ceilings within units on third floor.
- Continued MEP finishes within first and second floor units.
- Continued installation of resident unit casework, pre-hung doors, and trim within third and fourth floor units.
- Set countertops on second floor unit casework.
- Continued installation of exterior façade.
- Continued laying flooring within first and second floor units.
- Continued installation of balcony railings.
South Wing
- Completed insulating walls and ceilings on second floor.
- Continued hanging and finishing drywall on second and third floors.
- Continued MEP rough-ins throughout.
- Began forming footers/walls for new connector to Commons building.
- Began installation of balcony railings.
- Began pouring gypcrete on fourth floor.
Commons
- Continued installation of MEP finishes.
- Continued installation of food service equipment and casework.
