- Continued MEP rough-ins on upper floors.
- Continued finishing drywall within first floor common space and along first floor corridor ceilings.
- Continued priming and painting walls/ceilings within units on upper floors.
- Continued MEP finishes within second and third floor units.
- Continued installation of resident unit casework, pre-hung doors, and trim within third and fourth floor units.
- Continued setting countertops on third floor.
- Continued installation of exterior façade.
- Continued laying flooring within second and third floor units.
- Continued installation of balcony railings.
- Continued installation of metal roof at east side entry pavilion.
- Began installation of elevators.
South Wing
- Continued hanging and finishing drywall throughout.
- Continued MEP rough-ins throughout.
- Continued installation of balcony railings.
- Began setting structural steel for new Common’s Building connector.
- Began setting switchgear and exterior transformer vault.
