North Wing
- Continued MEP rough-ins on upper floors.
- Began hanging and finishing drywall within first floor common space and along first floor corridor ceilings.
- Continued priming and painting walls/ceilings within units on upper floors.
- Continued MEP finishes within second and third floor units.
- Continued installation of resident unit casework, pre-hung doors, and trim within third and fourth floor units.
- Set countertops on second and third floor unit casework.
- Continued installation of exterior façade.
- Continued laying flooring within second and third floor units.
- Continued installation of balcony railings.
- Began installation of metal roof at east side entry pavilion.
- Began setting apartment entrance metal frames and doors on upper floors.
South Wing
- Continued hanging and finishing drywall on upper floors.
- Continued MEP rough-ins throughout.
- Formed and placed new connector slab on grade.
- Continued installation of balcony railings.
- Poured gypcrete on third floor.

- Continued installation of MEP finishes.
- Continued installation of food service equipment and casework.
