North Wing
- Continued MEP rough-ins on upper floors.
- Completed finishing drywall within first floor corridor and commons spaces.
- Began framing, hanging, and finishing drywall soffits along corridors on upper floors.
- Continued priming and painting walls/ceilings within units on upper floors.
- Continued MEP finishes within second and third floor units.
- Continued installation of resident unit casework, countertops, pre-hung doors, and trim within third and fourth floor units.
- Continued laying flooring on upper floors.
- Continued installation of balcony railings.
- Continued installation of metal roof at east side entry pavilion.
- Began installation of west side elevator.
South Wing
- Continued hanging and finishing drywall throughout.
- Continued MEP rough-ins throughout.
- Continued installation of balcony railings.
- Completed framing, sheathing and installation of windows at new IL Apartment connector.
- Completed installation of switchgear and continued pulling wire to sub panels.
- Continued installation of pre-hung doors and trim within second, third, and fourth floor units.
Commons
- Continued installation of MEP finishes.
- Continued installation of food service equipment and casework.
- Completed installation of roofing system and framing walls/soffits for new IL apartment connector.
