North Wing
- Continued MEP rough-ins on upper floors.
- Continued finishing drywall soffits along corridors.
- Continued priming and painting walls/ceilings within units and corridors.
- Continued MEP finishes within third and fourth floor units.
- Continued installation of resident unit casework, countertops, pre-hung doors, and trim within third and fourth floor units.
- Continued laying flooring on third and fourth floors.
- Completed installation of metal roof at east side entry pavilion.
- Completed installation of west side elevator.
- Continued installation of balcony railings.
- Began installation of ceiling grid on first floor corridor.
- Began priming and painting west side stairwell.
- Began installation of west side storefront entrances.
South Wing
- Continued hanging and finishing drywall throughout.
- Continued MEP rough-ins throughout.
- Continued installation of balcony railings.
- Continued pulling wire to sub panels.
- Continued installation of pre-hung doors and trim within second, third, and fourth floor units.
- Began forming exterior concrete generator pad.
