Work Accomplished This Week…
North Wing
- Continued MEP rough-ins on upper floors.
- Continued priming and painting walls/ceilings within units
and corridors. - Continued MEP finishes within third and fourth floor units.
- Continued installation of resident unit casework and
countertops within third and fourth floor units. - Continued laying flooring on fourth floor.
- Continued installation of west side elevator.
- Began installation of ceiling grid on second floor corridor.
- Completed priming and painting west side stairwell.
- Completed installation of west side storefront entrances.
- Began installation of corridor pilaster panels on second floor.
South Wing
- Continued hanging and finishing drywall throughout.
- Began priming and painting walls/ceilings within units and
corridors. - Continued MEP rough-ins throughout.
- Continued installation of pre-hung doors trim, casework, and
countertops within units. - Set sprinkler pump and exterior building generators.
- Completed hanging drywall along connector to Commons
Building. - Began pouring curb line on east side parking lot.
